Thank you for shopping with Curly with B. Due to the nature of our hair products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Hygiene Policy For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened or used.
Change of Mind Returns We will accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 14 days at info@curlywithb.com.au with your order number and photos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hair products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
